On behalf of the Ontario Ball Hockey Federation we would like to send our deepest condolences to the Viegas family on the passing of their precious daughter Emily.

Carlos has been involved in ball hockey since the 1980’s as a player, timekeeper and official working and playing in many Provincial Championships.

Carlos has been a staple of the Peel Regional Ball Hockey League and can be seen on most days with a huge smile on this face always giving advice to players in the sin bin lol. Carlos is also an integral part of the Northwest Toronto BHL (now Greater Toronto BHL), Islam BHL and the Players BHL.

Carlos has been a long time member of our league as a player, timekeeper and referee. He is very kind and passionate person who would do anything for his friends and family. Carlos we are so sorry for your loss.
