Rule 64. Hooking

(a) A Minor penalty or, at the discretion of the Referee, a Major penalty and a Game Misconduct penalty shall be assessed to any player who impedes or seeks to impede the progress of an opponent by “Hooking” or “Butt-End Hooking” with his stick.

(b) A Major penalty and a Game Misconduct penalty shall be assessed any player who injures an opponent by “Hooking” or “Butt-End Hooking”.
